This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can request removal of allegedly infringing material from GTAnerd.com.
Our content and ownership
Original GTA Nerd articles, text, original graphics, editorial formats, layouts, and website elements are owned by GTA Nerd unless otherwise stated.
Third-party names, trademarks, game titles, screenshots, videos, artwork, and other referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of third-party material
GTA Nerd may reference limited third-party material for purposes such as news reporting, commentary, criticism, education, analysis, or discussion.
We aim to avoid hosting leaked, stolen, pirated, datamined, or unauthorized pre-release material.
We also avoid publishing content whose main purpose is to distribute spoilers, cheating tools, exploit services, unauthorized mods, pirated game files, or infringing material.

Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Response to notices
When we receive a complete and valid copyright notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material while we review the request.
We may also contact the person who posted or provided the material, where applicable.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should include:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material if the original complainant does not notify us of legal action within the required period, where applicable.
Repeat infringers
GTA Nerd may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly submit or upload infringing material.
Community submissions
If GTA Nerd allows comments, tips, forums, Discord submissions, uploads, or other user-generated content, users are responsible for the material they submit.
Do not submit copyrighted material you do not have permission to share. Do not submit leaked footage, stolen files, pirated copies, datamined assets, unauthorized game materials, malware, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
DMCA agent note
If GTA Nerd enables user-generated content at scale or relies on DMCA safe-harbor protections, we may designate and maintain a registered DMCA agent as required by applicable law.
